Positions in the Customer Experience Department contribute to the sum of all perceptions a customer has of Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA).
Essential Functions
- Meet and greet guests, answer inquiries, contact staff when appointments arrive.
- Escort visitors to security secured offices.
- Accept packages and inform staff when they arrive.
- Distribute daily mail.
- Answer phone lines. Professionally communicate over two-way radio, telephone, and email.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable computer programs.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and time management skills are essential.
- A professional demeanor and appearance are required.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy and consistent with following procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Able to respond to emergency situations as necessary.
Must- Have Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must report to work dressed appropriately, as defined in the employee handbook, and in accord with the position. Attire can be formal, traditional, or business casual attire.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required.
- Successfully pass continual training, security and employment requirements.
- Must possess acceptable English language skills to include speaking, reading, writing and comprehension.
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance; stoop, kneel and crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to type, handle bags, boxes, objects or controls.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Vision abilities include, with or without corrective lenses, close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Sufficient auditory ability, with or without audiological devices, interact with the public and others, decipher radio communications, and hear alarms, including vehicle and other warning signals.
