Payroll Specialist/Accounts Payable
Lehigh Fluid Power, Inc is a manufacturer of specialty hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and has a job opening for a Payroll Specialist/Accounts Payable professional. This position would be responsible for
- Batching and editing factory hours daily
- Inputting salary and hourly payroll into ADP weekly
- Printing payroll related reports weekly
- Process payroll journal entries
- Managing and documenting all PTO usage
- Creating and distributing quarterly PTO reports
- Act as employee liaison for PTO inquiries
- Input new employees into the MRP system as well as ADP
- Update internal schedules for payroll deductions
- Receive and input accounts payable invoices
- Prepare Dun & Bradstreet monthly submittal
- Scan sales orders and documentation daily
Experience
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Bookkeeper or Accounts Payable Clerk in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and journal entries is preferred.
- Proficiency with the ADP Run platform and other financial is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour
