- Creating event timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, and planning checklists
- Researching and coordinating venues, vendors, partners, sponsors, speakers, and guests
- Managing guest, speaker, and community outreach
- Coordinating event graphics, promotional copy, signage, and basic marketing assets
- Setting up and managing ticketing or RSVP pages
- Helping promote events through email, social media, partners, and local outreach
- Tracking registrations, ticket sales, guest lists, and event details
- Handling day-of-event logistics, setup, vendor coordination, check-in, and troubleshooting
- Conducting post-event follow-up, recaps, and basic performance reporting

You should have:
- Experience planning events, activations, community programs, panels, pop-ups, or similar gatherings

- Knowledge of the Lehigh Valley community is strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with media, journalism, nonprofits, arts/culture, civic organizations, or community events
