Lehigh Acres Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a talented, experienced RN Unit Manager to join our fabulous community! The Unit Manager is responsible for the following areas:
- Maintaining and restoring the health of the residents
- Managing daily treatment schedules as needed
- Enforcing health and safety regulations
- Solving staffing issues and shortages
- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident condition
- Ensuring the unit meets federal, state and company guidelines
- Completing admission and discharge forms
- Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
- Continuous communication with the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing
- Acting as a liaison between residents' families and staff
- Participation in clinical meetings, care plan conferences and UR meetings
