Job Summary
We are famous for our legendary square glazed donuts our customers have enjoyed for more than 55 years. We make fresh donuts every day in a variety of flavors and types. We also make rolls and other delicious seasonal desserts. We are a fun and innovative company to work for. If you like to be involved and make a difference, then this opportunity is for you. As a Donut Baker your responsibility would be to follow recipes and all donut templates to ensure quality and consistency for all donut products. As well as follow the baker schedules to get products out on time for our customers. Shifts start as early as 11pm-8am the next morning. We are looking for both full-time, part-time as well as nighttime and daytime bakers.
Starting pay range is $13-$16 depending on experience. After 90 days, there is a review with a raise, if you qualify.
Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
-Mix and loaf donut dough
-Shape variety donuts following bakery templates
-Follow baker time guidelines and rack guidelines so product is produced in a timely manner
-When all production is done, follow cleaning lists on bakery app and clean the bakery so it's ready for next day production
-Communicate any issues, concerns, equipment issues, etc., with production assistant manager
Qualifications
Qualifications – Preferred
--High School Diploma or equivalent
--Do-Anything attitude
--3 years of experience in high volume production kitchen
Qualifications - Required
--Team oriented
--Minimum of 1 year experience in food service industry
--Food Handler's Permit
