Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering,
Construction Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Experience
Previous internship or office experience is beneficial but not required. Relevant coursework, academic projects,
or extracurricular leadership experience may also demonstrate the skills needed for this position.
Qualifications
The intern will gain practical experience in project coordination, customer requirements, cross-functional
communication, documentation control, and business process improvement while contributing to active
Project Services initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Assist Project Coordinators with planning, tracking, and executing customer projects.
- Organize project requirements, drawings, quotations, purchase orders, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Help monitor project milestones, open items, approvals, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate project information with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Shipping.
- Support the preparation of project status updates, reports, trackers, and customer communications.
- Review project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Enter and maintain project information in relevant business systems and shared files.
- Participate in project meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Support additional Project Services initiatives and special assignments as needed.
Education
