🌟 Guest Experience Supervisor (Lead the Fun at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia) - Pay Rate: $22/hour

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and knows how to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.

 

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll lead from the attraction floor — coaching team members, supporting daily operations, solving problems in real time, and helping create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support frontline Guest Experience team members
• Serve as a floor leader during daily attraction operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members in real time
• Deliver exceptional guest service and support guest recovery situations
• Help manage busy guest areas, queues, and attraction flow
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational readiness
• Deliver team briefings and maintain strong communication throughout shifts
• Assist with training, scheduling support, and team development
• Step in and support operations wherever needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in guest service, hospitality, attractions, or retail environments strongly preferred
• Comfortable using POS systems and operational software
