Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Full Time “Janitorial Brick Specialist” and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a full-time basis.

As a Janitorial Brick Specialist, you will maintain the LEGO Brand’s visual, organization, cleanliness and operational standards to keep the store looking beautiful and running smoothly in partnership with the entire team. In addition, you will:

• Complete a quality cleaning timeline to maximize all aspects of the guest experience
• Maintain company cleaning standards and inform leadership of damaged merchandise, fixtures, and/or equipment
• Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage/loss
• Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness in back of house areas including stockroom, breakroom, and restrooms.
• Demonstrate our LEGO values of Imagination, Creativity, Fun, Learning, Caring and Quality to Inspire and Develop the builders of tomorrow

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates (Flagship on Fifth requires closing shifts for all employees).
• Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 40 lbs.
• Additional Job Specifications: Must be able to wear an earpiece and headset.
• Access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, and register areas including outer storefront (may experience extreme weather conditions).
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Will involve consistent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 40 lbs

The base salary for the position is $19.81 to $21.81. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance.
