Core Responsibilities
The role of this position is to create concepts using 2D and 3D software and then bring them to life through the design of LEGO brick built models.This position provides inspirational LEGO brick models and consumer experiences in support of Marketing and Sales strategies. Our focus is to ensure that our solutions are innovative and meet the market's needs. We pride ourselves on developing with an eye on safety, efficiency, and cost. In addition to working with our internal stakeholders, we work with external partners and agencies to deliver cutting-edge brick-based solutions.

This role will be located in Enfield, CT. We are working in a hybrid work schedule which is three days in the office and two days remote.The LEGO Retail Model Shop bridges the process of concept ideation and actualization for brick-based models, building experiences, and instore solutions.
The model shop teams work hand in hand with Product, Marketing & Development and marketing to inspire new and experienced LEGO builders. Armed with keen insights and clear goals, we seamlessly blend innovation with big ideas to deliver outstanding models, events, and experiences whenever and wherever possible.
Do you have what it takes?
- 3-5 Years in a three-dimensional design environment
- 2-5 Years of experience in a design role
- 2-5 years of experience with Adobe creative suite
- Experience with texture mapping on 3D models
- Strong drawing skills
- Ability to convey ideas through concept drawing
- Proven ability to handle multiple project simultaneously
- 2-3 domestic travel trips per year
