Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Phoenix, AZ. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, evaluating borrowers' financial situations, and working with underwriters to secure mortgage approvals. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, analyzing credit reports, completing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service from application through closing. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience as Loan Officers in the Mortgage Industry
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
