Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associates to be the first point of contact for our Members. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a passion for interacting and building rapport with members. Currently looking for individuals looking to do 5am morning shifts ONLY.
Duties
- Greet members and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently
- Update guest information in Mindbody.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times.
- Conduct tours of facility.
- Make protein shakes with the provided ingredients and recipes.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Comfortable answering phone calls.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Mindbody experience (not required)
