So, what will you be doing as a Regulatory Administrator?
- Assist in drafting and filing corporate disclosure documents
- Support governance and compliance projects
- Research, analyze and apply detailed regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the attorneys in the Legal Department
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Protect confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Excel and performing multi-step calculations
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Accounting or financial background helpful
