Project Manager - Commercial Woodworking

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager who is ready to their skills and soar to new heights. The ideal candidate would be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to oversee and drive millwork projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership skills, a passion to succeed and a deep understanding of project management methodologies are key to this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with a sense of urgency to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Orchestrate work and communicate amongst a number of different internal and external functional teams
• Proactively explore all aspects of each assigned project
• Hold General Contractor accountable to the timely delivery on the commitments of the project
• Conduct field measurements to confirm dimensions and ensure accurate fit & installation of millwork components
• Coordinate schedules, manage submittals, review shop drawings
• In office 2-3 days per week, car travel the remainder of the week (CT, MA, NY, NJ)

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of the commercial woodwork business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Maintains a professional business demeanor at all time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across a multitude of functions
• Strong decision-making skills
• Adapt easily to change
• Experience with INNERGY is a plus

Education/Prior Work Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in related field, such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a similar environment

$90,000 - $110,000 a year - Full-time
