Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Runner is to deliver food from the kitchen to guests as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure great guest experiences. This involves leading communication between servers and culinary teams, reading kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders, monitoring and observing guests' dining experience, and responding appropriately to guest requests.
Responsibilities include maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, assisting bussers as needed with clearing tables, providing guidance to guests on dining options and general attraction information, and performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
