THE ROLE The Associate, Partnerships Strategy will be a key member of the Partnerships team, supporting strategic partnership development for Denver Summit FC. This individual will assist with business intelligence, category research, creative asset ideation, and the development of sales materials—including custom pitch presentations and research briefs—with the goal of supporting the sales team to secure large-scale, multi-year partnerships with brands seeking to maximize their engagement with high-profile sports platforms. This role involves day-to-day project management and will continue to expand in scope, offering opportunities to contribute to overall business growth. The position reports to the Senior Director, Partnership Sales. ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the sales team throughout extended partnership sales cycles Conduct sponsorship category analysis, brand/executive briefs, and property/project tracking reports for Denver Summit FC Provide strategic research on potential prospects, including company backgrounds, platform activations, financial overviews, and industry trends Perform extensive company and executive research to support strategic brand engagement Generate creative idea-centric opportunities in response to client briefs Partner with internal and external teams to plan, ideate, and execute partnership pitch presentations and proposals, including platform development and program thought starters Serve as a cross-departmental liaison, including with Legends Global Insights, to develop compelling go-to-market narratives and sales materials Provide support in the coordination and execution of client and prospect gifting Monitor and share relevant developments in the sports and entertainment industry Identify opportunities to enhance partner visibility and engagement through experiential marketing, digital campaigns, and community initiatives Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a strong focus on task execution and meeting deadlines Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment, game-day activations, and other activities as required Build strong peer-level relationships, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and positively represent Legends across all engagements Perform gameday duties related to partnerships, as assigned Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones as needed QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Experience in Asana or other project management platform a plus EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field 2 years of experience in sports / entertainment (or similar), experience in partnership strategy, marketing, women’s sports, or sales preferred COMPENSATION Competitive salary range of $56,485 - $60,000 and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan. Salary : $56,485 - $60,000
