What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Legends Residential Care LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Director to manage staff documentation, including retrieving records, tracking missing documentation in designated spreadsheets, and reviewing materials to ensure compliance with state requirements.
- Work in partnership with the Clinical Services Director on client financial matters, including collecting and recording personal spending and grocery receipts, and assisting with the distribution of related items as needed.
- Oversee the completion of outstanding documentation by staff members directed to the office by Program Coordinators.
- Track and coordinate required staff training, including Direct Support Live 1 and 2, CRMA, First Aid, and Safety-Care. Communicate training schedules with Program Coordinators and the Quality Assurance Director to support effective planning.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with medical offices, referral agencies, state departments, client families, visitors, and other stakeholders, consistently upholding the organization’s reputation.
- Attend all scheduled weekly staff meetings unless prevented by extenuating circumstances.
- Promote a positive workplace environment by recognizing staff contributions, reinforcing quality performance, and reporting concerns to Human Resources to ensure timely and professional resolution of employee issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Clinical Departments, including filing and related tasks, as needed.
· Qualifications include -HS diploma strong written and verbal communication skills strong organizational skills, administrative experience
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
