We are looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape & Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on work in outdoor construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and general landscape installation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of patios, walkways, and hardscape features
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
