Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include the following:
- Be on time. Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time.
- Smile, make eye contact and be courteous!
- Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner (“Good evening” or “Welcome to the Sames Auto Arena”)
- Be certain that each guest possesses a valid admission ticket by checking that the proper event name, date and event/box code appears on each ticket.
- Scan all tickets using computerized scanners.
- Direct all guest towards the general direction of their seating section (“Section____ is to your left. An usher will show you to your seat”).
- Keep your lines moving as rapidly as possible, and if able, assist other ticket takers by directing longer lines to your area.
- Check for food, drinks and other contraband.

Education and/or Experience
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
