We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join Legends Global, The David L. Lawrence Convention Center in the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Community, Technical Operations, and Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete Department project as assigned by department head.
- Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks.
- Support department for event preparation.
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
- Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
