What You’ll Do:
- Patrol the facility’s interior and exterior—including exhibit halls, docks, and service areas
- Monitor security camera and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and emergencies; provide CPR/First Aid/AED if necessary
- Assist with crowd control and direct guests and delivery vehicles as needed
- Write reports and communicate clearly via two-way radios
- Lock/unlock doors and enforce access restrictions
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of prior security experience (venue/event setting is a plus)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Comfortable walking long distances and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off-hours
- Ability to pass background check and training requirements
- Work behind the scenes at high-profile events
