THE ROLE
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain the cleanliness of all areas within facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures and restock supplies as needs.
- Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and materials to ensure adequate stock level.
- Refinish floors, maintain custodial equipment and monitor waste and recycling.
- Help with post event clean ups.
- Make sure facility is properly set as needed for events.
- Monitor and report any facility maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Lead contract custodial staff.

Education and/or Experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in larger facilities with multiple types of floors preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning and custodial methods and techniques including the use of chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to accomplish tasks and duties without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic tools.
- Previous custodial experience in a similar facility preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, post events, and holidays.
- Must be able to train and monitor part staff while completing other duties.
