Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume bakery, pastry shop, or scratch production kitchen preferred.
- Formal culinary or pastry training preferred; equivalent experience through mentorship or apprenticeship considered.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two venues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Execute daily pastry production for catered events, game-day operations, premium suites, and concessions.
- Ensure all recipes and product specifications are followed accurately and consistently.
- Assist with production planning and event execution.
- Support pastry distribution to designated service locations.
- Supervise and support pastry team members in daily operations.
- Monitor employee scheduling, labor hours, and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and waste tracking.
