Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all security and safety-related incidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
- Adhere to all department performance, conduct, and attendance standards.
- Investigate and document incidents accurately and thoroughly in written reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing arena policies and procedures.
- Follow all instructions from the Security Supervisors, Security Manager, and Director of Security.
- Maintain confidentiality of patron, employee, and company information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of related experience in security, law enforcement, or event operations preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when interacting with distressed or emotional individuals.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of written and spoken English required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to perform duties both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather.
- Frequent talking, hearing, and visual attention required.
- Must be able to respond quickly in emergency or high-stress situations.
