Under direction of the Guest Services and Security Manager, the Part Time Event Staff members primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area
- Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures, and event requirements
- Provide access control, crowd management, and ensure the venue is safe for guests
- Operate the elevator with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain restricted and barricaded areas for security purposes
- Assist entering patrons into the facility and scan all tickets for events
- Assist entering patrons into parking areas and collect admission
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and understand verbal and written instructions
- Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
