SUMMARY:
Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for ensuring for the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:
- Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher.
- Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events.
- Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members.
- Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis.
- Assists chefs with preparation for events.
- Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must hold current and valid food handler's permit.
- Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
