**Concessions Bartender Job Description**

**Position Overview:**

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at concession stands during events. They ensure a friendly and efficient service experience, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhere to all safety and legal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages promptly and accurately.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and regulations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the concession bar area before and after events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy times.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required permits or certifications.
