Bartender

THE ROLE 

We are looking for Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the overall accurate service and accounting of all transactions of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including inventory, while delivering great customer service.  

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, in compliance with company standards and state regulations. 

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage products, food menus, promotions, and stadium offerings. 

• Account for all inventory and ensure proper tracking of bar stock throughout each shift. 

• Organize and complete all required cashier and sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. 

• Verify that all beverage menu pricing is accurate and properly displayed. 

• Follow all Food & Beverage policies, procedures, and compliance standards. 

• Practice safe work habits and complete required venue and company safety training. 

• Provide friendly, responsive service while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with guests, coworkers, and management. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 

• Strong attention to detail.  

• Ability to attain the required alcohol safety certifications prior to working events. 

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. 

• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

• Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work. 

Education, preferred qualifications, and/or experience 

• Preferred 2 years Bartending experience.  

 
COMPENSATION  

Competitive salary of $11 per hour commensurate with experience, plus tips.
