This position is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Directors with the operation of the Front of House catering functions.

This position is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Directors with the operation of the Front of House catering functions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:
- Supports Food & Beverage Directors all activities surrounding guest functions to comply with function contracts and accesso ShoWare Center standards.
- Trains new employees accesso ShoWare Center process and procedures.
- Supervisors Front of House catering staff. Provides direction and support where needed.
- Ensures a clean and safe working environment.
- Effectively handling guest concerns as they arise.
- Responsible for accurate billing and close out procedure at the end of assigned functions.
- Confidently anticipating and responding to needs and expectations of our guests.
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a banquet setting required. Arena experience preferred.
- Computer and POS system proficient.
- Flexible schedule for AM & PM shifts including weekends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a Team oriented environment.
- Able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass background and credit check.
