Maintain the physical operation of the Branson Convention Center to ensure the total comfort of the guests. Repair and maintain all assets as needed at the Center. This position provides a high-quality catering service for banquets.

Essential Duties
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serves food to guests with a high level of customer service.
- Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Convention Center.
- Must strive to provide guest with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs.
- Assist with collecting all banquet equipment including flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.
- Prepared garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads.
- Clean and fill salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, creamers, etc.
- Assist with the preparation and set-up of the event room when necessary.
- Prepare tables with place settings as instructed.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Breakdown tables and banquet equipment after each event.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Daily lifting up to 20 lbs., constant reaching, stooping, standing and walking. Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity.
- Required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear.
- This position requires work inside and outside of the building, parking lots included and some exposure to adverse conditions.
- Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. High noise level.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety practices.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in everything, and continually seek improvement in results.
- High School diploma/GED required
- One year’s experience in the food industry.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
- Will need food handler’s certification
