Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coach to empower individuals through personalized guidance, skill development, and support. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in fostering growth, independence, and success for diverse clients.
Duties
- Lead 60-minute basketball classes for athletes K-8th Grade, multiple skill levels (beginner-advanced)
- Create structured practice plans
- Execute standard cleaning duties for a basketball facility (mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning etc.)
- Track attendance of athletes
- Be a positive influence and role model to atheletes
Experience
- Head coaching or training experience
- Must be able to create a run of show and explain how it would be executed (including progressions and regressions within drills and live play).
