What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and maintain the player tracking system to support seamless gaming experiences.
- Assist Supervisors with resolving customer disputes related to slot machines.
- Move and convert various brands of slot machines as needed on the casino floor.
- Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow any new policies or procedures introduced.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Slots department.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
- A working knowledge of AC/DC theory a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from team members and guests.
- Must have previous experience in handling cash.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
