Restaurant Manager - Legends Bay Grill & Oyster Bar
Legends Bay is looking for an experienced, people-first Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment. If you’re passionate about great service, strong leadership, and building a team you’re proud of, this could be the fit for you!

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, train, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members
- Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by actively engaging with guests and resolving service issues promptly
- Build efficient schedules that balance guest service, labor costs, and team well-being
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor labor and cost of sales to meet financial goals
- Make confident, sound decisions during service challenges or operational changes
- Maintain team documentation, evaluations, logs, and reports
- Step in to support the team on the floor when needed to ensure smooth service
- Collaborate with other dining units and casino beverage operations as needed
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ restaurant experience, preferably in a casino or high-volume setting
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming and hygiene
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and management at all levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in environments with secondary smoke, noise, bright lights, and dust
Required Certification
- Alcohol Service Certification
