Job Requirements
- Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
- Assist in tracking play and game observation.
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
- Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same.
- Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Dealers.
- Allocate the staff to tables ensuring the integrity of the game is not jeopardized.
- Ensure Table Games Dealers adhere to the gaming procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to the Pit Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gaming industry.
- 2 years in supervisory role required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications.
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work all shifts any weekend and holiday.
- Registration with Gaming Control Board.
