What are the responsibilities and job description for the BUSSER - DUKE'S STEAKHOUSE position at LEGENDS BAY CASINO?
The Busser will provide support to the food server by attending to the needs of guests and clearing tables.
Job Requirements:
- Provide supplies to servers.
- Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
- Sets up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
- Sets up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
- Ensure that guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion.
- The ability to assist servers as requested.
- Perform all opening and closing side duties.
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous bussing experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
