Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform installations of plumbing systems, including water lines, sewer lines, fixtures, and appliances for residential and commercial customers.
- Accurately diagnose plumbing issues during installation projects and recommend the best solutions.
- Clearly explain diagnoses and repair or installation options to customers in a professional, polite manner.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of work performed using company-provided technology.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure job success.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency installation needs as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites and in company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Plumber (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on installation work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers clearly and politely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call availability as needed.
Work Location:
Onsite at residential and commercial customer locations served by Legendary Service Inc.
