Cannabis Consultant

Legendary is seeking part-time Customer Consultants. Customer Consultants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and education to the customers of Legendary. As a cannabis dispensary we believe it is our responsibility to help inform, guide and support our customers to access the products that best meet their personal needs.

Customer Consultants should ideally have a thorough understanding of cannabis, its major types, and how the variety of products are properly used and consumed and responsible dosing. Legendary will provide exceptional training, but a passion for the work and the benefits of cannabis is a must. A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills are critical.

Job Responsibilities

· Act as the first and primary contact for customers representing a welcoming, safe and knowledgeable establishment

· Greet customers and provide necessary levels of support to guide each customer to purchase the products best suited for their needs

· Provide education to customers about the variety of products available, their benefits, consumption methods and proper dosing

· Participate in continued education on cannabis products, industry trends and regulations

· Perform receptionist responsibilities including verifying proper identification and paperwork from customers, data entry and answering phones

· Manage the transaction of sales including collecting payments and verifying contents of sales

· Maintain responsibility for cash register which are reconciled at the end of each shift

· Be thorough in maintaining compliance with all State and Local regulations

· Assist in various dispensary operations including daily cleaning, safety procedures, opening and closing procedures

Basic Qualifications

· Minimum 21 years of age

· Cannabis retail experience

· One year of cannabis dispensary experience preferred, customer service experience required

· Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends

· A commitment to the mission and values of Legendary Organics

· Ability to multi-task and maintain calm is stressful situations

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
