As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll work face-to-face with customers inside our retail partner locations throughout Maryland and Fairfax, Virginia, representing nationally recognized brands while developing professional sales, communication, leadership, and business management skills.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity
• Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and business operations

Leadership & Management Training

Our training program is designed to prepare high-performing individuals for leadership opportunities. You'll receive hands-on coaching in:

Compensation & Benefits

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
