Key Responsibilities:

Engage with residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their HVAC needs and recommend the best solutions

Conduct detailed on-site assessments to identify system issues, suggest improvements, and provide accurate estimates

Clearly present the features and benefits of our HVAC products and services, addressing questions and overcoming objections

Create and deliver professional proposals, contracts, and sales agreements

Partner with the installation team to ensure smooth project handoffs and outstanding customer experiences

Build and nurture relationships with both new and returning customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business

Actively pursue sales leads, referrals, and opportunities to grow our customer base

Stay informed on HVAC products, services, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable recommendations

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools

Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Work closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives
Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC sales, ideally within the residential market

Strong sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding goals

Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Confident presenter, able to explain complex HVAC solutions clearly to homeowners

Customer-focused approach, committed to delivering outstanding service and satisfaction

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently

Proficient in CRM systems and other sales technology

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
