What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Apprentice (1+ Years HVAC Experience Required) position at Legendary Home Services Careers?
As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to complete residential heating and cooling system installs. You’ll play a key role on each job — not just helping, but actively contributing and building your skillset.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with at least one (1) year of hands-on HVAC installation experience who are ready to continue developing their skills and grow into a Lead Installer role.
This role is ideal for someone who already has some HVAC experience but isn’t quite at a Lead level yet and wants the opportunity to grow into it.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with residential HVAC system installations including furnaces, AC systems, and coils
- Support ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system connections
- Help with system start-up, testing, and job completion
- Take on more responsibility as your skills grow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Communicate with team members and homeowners respectfully
- Learn installation best practices, code requirements, and efficiency standards
What You Bring to the Team:
- Minimum one (1) year of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience assisting with furnace, air conditioner, coil, or heat pump installations
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and install processes
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying conditions
Applicants without HVAC installation experience will not be considered.

Pay & Schedule
- $25–$35/hour depending on HVAC installation experience and skill level
