Compensation:
- $70,000-$100,000 per year (paid hourly with bonus potential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install trenchless CIPP liners for sewer and drain systems
- Perform sewer and drain repairs, including excavation when required
- Install and support underground utility work as needed
- Read and interpret job scopes, plans, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, company procedures, and customer expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers, answering questions and setting expectations
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work in all weather conditions and varying job environments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in drain, sewer, or underground utility work preferred (CIPP experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods

- Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues with professionalism
- Highly organized with the ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy
