We are currently seeking a Dietary Manager.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
- Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
- Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
- Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
