We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential spaces. Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with efficiency and care.
• Operate various cleaning equipment safely, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies, outdoor work including patio or garden cleaning, and outdoor debris removal.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each appointment.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, supplies used, and any issues encountered during service visits.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals for safety compliance.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks with proper technique.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for tasks involving exterior spaces or garden maintenance.
• Exceptional client communication skills to understand preferences and ensure satisfaction during service delivery.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8.0 per week
