Compensation:
- Uncapped Commission-Based
- Part-time- $36,000-$48,000 (potential total first year compensation)
- Full-time- $72,000-$90,000 (potential total first year compensation, with top performers earning $150,000 )
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored protection and asset-building solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided lead systems
- Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and strategies to protect and grow their assets
- Follow up with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process and close sales
- Stay current on industry trends and products
- Operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team environment
