For nearly 40 years, LSR has been a preferred buyer and processor of Platinum Group Metals from spent Catalytic converters and Dealers/Brokers of Non-ferrous Metals. LSR has locations across North America including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Texas and California.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phone
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Washing and clean windows and mirrors
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
- Dust furniture and fixtures
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification.
- Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience.
- Dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required.
IV. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.
