**Legend Roofing** is hiring a self-directed salesman to hunt roofing leads in Tampa Bay. No base salary. You find leads. We close them. You get paid.
**The Job:**
Your job is to find qualified homeowners who need roof work and set up inspection appointments. That's it. We handle the closing. You make money on every lead.
**What a "Qualified Lead" Means:**
- Homeowner (not renter)
- Roof 10 years old or showing damage
- Willing to get a free roof inspection
**Compensation:**
$100-125 per qualified lead. Paid weekly. Simple math.
**How You Hunt:**
- Cold calls to homeowners
- Networking with local realtors
- Facebook, door knocking, referrals
- Whatever you're good at — we don't care how you find them, just that they're real
**What We Need From You:**
- Self-motivated (no micromanagement)
- Comfortable with rejection (leads take time to hunt)
- Honest about who you bring us (we'll know if it's junk)
