Who We Are
Legend Roofing is a locally owned roofing company based in Odessa, FL built on one mission: Elevating the standard of Service, Professionalism, and Craftsmanship. We're not the biggest roofing company in the area, but we're building toward it, and we want the right people growing with us.
The Opportunity
We're looking for one hungry, self-motivated closer to join our sales team. This is a commission-only role, which means your income is entirely in your hands. We're upfront about that. What we're also upfront about: you won't be starting from zero.
You'll work a mix of inbound leads we generate through our marketing and self-generated leads through door knocking and canvassing in the Pasco/Odessa area. Day one you have something to work with.
What you'll earn:
- 10% of every collected job you close
- Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
- Commission paid on collection, not on signing
- Commission applies to jobs with a minimum 30% gross profit margin. Jobs priced below that threshold pay 8%. Price your jobs right and you'll never see 8%.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who has knocked doors before, or isn't afraid to start
- Comfortable getting on low-slope residential roofs (we'll train you)
- Reliable transportation
- Based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus in our market
- 1 year of sales experience preferred, but attitude beats a resume every time
What to Expect in Your First 90 Days
- Week 1-2: Learn our process, ride along, get trained
- Day 45: Close your first job
- Day 90: Consistently closing 2 jobs per month
We move fast and we expect results. If you're a performer, you'll know it by your paycheck. If it's not working, we'll both know that too.
