Chief Distribution Officer
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (in-person)
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to join our executive team at Legend Financial Marketing Services.
As Chief Distribution Officer, you’ll design and scale a national distribution platform that drives advisor acquisition, revenue growth and strategic partnerships while helping position Legend Financial as the premier IMO for top financial advisors across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s national distribution strategy
- Recruit, onboard and develop advisors and agencies to grow Legend Financial’s distribution network
- Train and mentor additions to the sales team to drive performance and retention
- Drive sales execution, KPI accountability and pipeline management across distribution channels
- Expand and support carrier relationships to broaden product access and preferred partnerships
- Attend and speak at industry events as needed
- Align distribution efforts with operations, marketing and compliance teams
Requirements
- 10 years experience in a financial services distribution or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and hitting growth targets
- Strong existing carrier and advisor relationships
- Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of annuity, life insurance and retirement strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
