What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver position at Legend Equipment Rental & Supply?
As a CLD-A Driver you will be responsible for maintaining a CDL-A license and all requirements associated, and will be loading, delivering, unloading and quick troubleshooting equipment in the yard or at the delivery location.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
· Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers ("low boys") consistent with DOT classification CDL-A
· Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
· Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections
· Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need
· Perform related duties as assigned
Pay: $1.00 per hour
