Responsibilities
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other hand tools to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Clean windows, glass facades, mirrors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment
- Use pressure washing equipment for exterior surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and debris effectively
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as duct cleaning and floor buffing to maintain overall site cleanliness
- Apply safety protocols diligently, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers when necessary
- Conduct manual handling of heavy cleaning equipment and materials with proper technique to prevent injury
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is preferred
- Ability to use ladders safely and confidently for extended periods
- Familiarity with hand tools, pressure washers, and specialized cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE usage, fire extinguisher operation, and safe manual handling practices
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with duct cleaning, floor buffing, or commercial cleaning is a plus
- Strong attention to safety protocol adherence at all times to ensure a secure work environment
