Duties

• Prospect and generate new leads through door to door knocking, cold calling, networking, and territory management to expand our customer base.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their exterior cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
• Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze territory performance for strategic planning.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory developments using sales management systems.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments with a focus on territory management.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead client negotiations and close deals effectively.
• Expertise in customer relationship building, account management, and prospecting within a remote or field-based sales setting.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and ongoing customer support.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through strategic lead generation and territory development.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, technology sales techniques, and retail or direct sales processes is highly desirable.
